Run a club? Claiming your listing is free and takes two minutes.
Find your club in Find a club and tap Claim this club. Give us your name, an email, and — optionally — a line about your role ("I'm the membership secretary, I'm on the committee page"). That note is the fastest way for us to verify you.
Any email works. Most clubs are run from personal addresses and that's fine — we verify every claim by hand, usually the same day. A club-domain email just speeds things up.

Once approved you'll get a getting-started email with your access link, a three-step setup guide and your shareable club link. Your first league — "The Club Ladder" — is created for you, ready to rename or reshape. You become the club's organiser: create ladders, box leagues and tournaments, invite members with a link or QR code, import players from a spreadsheet (ClubSpark exports work directly), post club news and events, list your coaching and services, and add co-organisers so you're not doing it alone.
Nothing to switch on. Match reminders, big-match "come and watch" emails and the Monday club round-up (including the week's upcoming fixtures) are automatic for every club from day one.
Your club's page gets its own address — tennisladder.co.uk/c/your-club — with your logo, colours, courts and contact details, pulled through automatically where we can.
