Played with a watch on? You can attach the workout to your result and see exactly what the match took out of you.
Attaching a workout
After your result is logged (by you or your opponent), find it under Results — on your own matches you'll see an ⌚ Add your workout button. Tap it, allow Health access the first time, and pick the workout from that day. Your match card then shows calories, average and peak heart rate, your heart-rate curve, and time on court.
This works with workouts recorded by the Tennis Ladder watch app, Apple's own Workout app, SwingVision, or any app that saves to Apple Health. On Android, it works with anything that syncs to Health Connect (Samsung Health, Garmin, Fitbit and more).
Who can see it?
Only you, unless you choose otherwise. When attaching, you can tick "Show it on the result" — then everyone sees your numbers on the match, with your name. Untick it any time by re-opening the attach screen. Junior players' health data is never shown publicly, ever.
The Club effort board
On the Results page you'll find Club effort — the month's calories and court time from players who share their workouts. It's purely for bragging rights: health data never affects ladder positions, points or rankings.
